H.E. Kuoch Pheng, Board Member of the Youth House for Cambodia-China Friendship, representing H.E. Sok Piseth, Vice Chairman of the Board and Secretary General of the YHCCF, met with a delegation of the China Foundation for Peace and Development (CFPD) led by Mr. Liu Zhenzhong to discuss cooperation projects such as the 2nd Cambodia-China Friendship Carnival and other projects.
